Reservation and advance payment

An advance payment of 30–50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The exact percentage may depend on the selected dates, length of stay and booking conditions and is clearly stated in the individual written offer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is payable no later than arrival or check-in.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the selected dates, length of stay, rate and booking circumstances. The exact conditions are stated in writing before any payment is requested.

By accepting the written offer and paying the advance payment, the guest confirms acceptance of the conditions stated in that offer.

Refundable damage deposit

A refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 is required for each reserved villa. The deposit is collected in cash on arrival and refunded in cash at check-out after inspection, provided no chargeable damage or loss is identified.

• One reserved villa: EUR 300
• Two reserved villas: EUR 600
• Three reserved villas: EUR 900
• Entire four-villa complex: EUR 1,200

Reservations for larger groups

Reservations involving three or more villas, or the entire Villa Nevera complex, may be subject to specific payment, cancellation and security-deposit conditions. Any such conditions are stated clearly in the written offer before booking.
