House Rules

Arrival and departure

• Check-in: from 16:00 to 00:00.
• Guests must provide their expected arrival time in advance.
• Check-out: from 05:00 to 10:00.
• The minimum age of the lead guest at check-in is 22.

Children and beds

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children aged 11 and above are counted as adults for pricing and occupancy.
• A crib for a child aged 0–2 is available free of charge on request. Availability and the number of cribs depend on the booked configuration.
• Extra beds are not available.

Quiet stay and registered guests

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00.
• Only registered guests may stay at the property, within the confirmed occupancy.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult around the pool, jacuzzi and beachfront areas.

Small dogs by prior exception

Pets are not accepted as standard. However, upon prior request, Villa Nevera may exceptionally consider one small, calm, house-trained and well-behaved dog.

Approval is individual and must be confirmed in writing before booking. Additional conditions or a cleaning fee apply only if they are stated in the written offer.
